NEW ORLEANS — July 25, 2017 — In its ongoing efforts to better serve Louisiana and the New Orleans area, Emprint/Moran Printing has acquired the assets of Hauser Printing, formerly Garrity Printing. Moran was founded in the Crescent City in 1881, and both Emprint/Moran President Rebecca Vance and Garrity Printing founder Pat Garrity began their careers at New Orleans’ Upton Printing.
Emprint/Moran will operate a full-service printing operation from Garrity’s former Research Drive location, including prepress, offset and digital printing services, a full bindery, as well as fulfillment and mailing services.
Sales staff for the New Orleans location will include Pat Garrity, John Maloney, Danny Lacrouts and Margaret Heffner, all 20+ year veterans from Garrity Print Solutions and Hauser Printing.
“We’re thrilled to be back in New Orleans where it all began,” says Vance. “Our success has been largely due to our focus on technology, uniquely qualified team of project managers, and planning that goes far beyond the print job. With this acquisition, we now have a level of unsurpassed experience and support, and we cannot wait to demonstrate our capabilities to our New Orleans clients.”
Specializing in Web-to-print, corporate solutions and the healthcare industries, Emprint/Moran Printing is the largest printer in Louisiana. With additional operations in Baton Rouge, Lafayette and Monroe, it services customers internationally and in all 50 states.
