AmeriComm Merges With Teagle & Little to Create Printing and Mailing Firm
CHESAPEAKE, VA, and NORFOLK, VA—March 4, 2015—AmeriComm LLC CEO David Craig and Teagle & Little President Greg Jordan have announced that the two companies have merged resulting in a new company, Centric Communications.
AmeriComm is currently one of the region’s leading direct marketing firms providing data base management, business to business and business to consumer direct mail services, financial statement printing and distribution and fulfillment services. Teagle & Little has provided the region with superior commercial printing services from flyers to catalogs and annual reports to product brochures. The merger has taken place to create a new entity with the capability to provide comprehensive, direct marketing materials while further competing in the national marketplace.
