During a press conference Sunday, Idealliance announced the launch of three new programs designed to “help company executives manage their businesses with maximum effectiveness and advance an industry in transition.” The first program, Institute for Strategic Research, will be effective immediately. The Institute will focus on bringing together Idealliance studies, including the State of the Industry Series and the Capital Investment Report.
The next program, the Institute for Strategic Leadership, will launch in January 2018. The program will expand upon two existing programs for leaders, Idealliance’s CEO Roundtable for company leaders and the NexGen Leadership Development Program, which provides the education needed to lead and supports the incoming generation of leaders poised to take over the industry.
The final program, WorkPLACE, designed to help companies find and train employees, will work to attract new talent in all aspects of the printing industry. WorkPLACE was also developed to help expand Idealliance’s Young Professionals group, which offers a mentoring program for new company employees, and will also serve to create new training programs and materials. Finally, the new program will introduce training modules and will support existing educational programs, including SalesPro, SalesPro Digital, HirePro, ColorPro, and the brand supply chain management program, BrandQ.
