Kappa Media, Steve Rossi to Acquire Vanguard Printing; Install Goss Sunday 4000
FORT WASHINGTON, Pa. – April 4, 2016 – Kappa Media, together with Steven Rossi, one of the prior owners of Vanguard Printing (“Vanguard”) and its president, have acquired the business, assets and print facility of Vanguard Printing, a New York-based full service provider of magazine, catalog, publication and financial printing services. The new entity will continue to do business under the Vanguard name and will retain the employees and print facility based in Ithaca, N.Y.
