ST. LOUIS—August 27, 2015—Commercial printers are seeing a steady increase in demand for soft touch substrates. Their customers want material with a luxurious and expensive feel, along with the quick turnaround and low cost that they’ve come to expect with digital printing. To answer this need, the R&D team at Masterpiece Graphix developed a soft touch material specifically for digital presses that doesn't require post process coating.
The new LuXe soft feel substrates have a velvety, rose petal surface and are compatible with HP Indigo and various toner presses.
With no post print finishing requirement, LuXe substrates are a cost effective, short run option for a variety of print applications including direct mail, menus, invitations and tickets, business cards, hang tags, packaging and more.
The LuXe line is currently available in 12-pt. white and comes in two sheet sizes: 12x18" or 13x19".
