NPES President Thayer Long sat down with Eric Frank, senior VP of KBA North America, and former chairman of PRIMIR, the research unit of NPES, to highlight what PRIMIR will be doing at PRINT 17 to add value to "The Learning Experience." Frank discusses how PRINT 17 will be incorporating PRIMIR's market research with all of the events regarding print, and will focus on specific areas of PRIMIR research, such as the future of MIS/ERP systems, as well as insight into LED-UV drying. Frank also touches on what his experience has been with PRIMIR, and how it has helped KBA North America and the industry as a whole.
