Fire Safety Engineer of Moscow Printing House Where Fire Killed 17 Turns Himself in

The fire safety engineer of a Moscow printing house where 17 people were killed in a fire last month has turned himself in.

The Investigative Committee's Moscow Department said on September 13 that Anton Yatskov refused to accept the blame for the August 27 fire.

The printing house's director general Sergei Moskvin was arrested on September 6.
