Visalia Printing Company Prepares for Sale

Premier Color Graphics announced that it will merge with Fresno-based Pacific Printing Inc. on Nov. 1. The acquisition includes a production facility in Visalia (CA) and three satellite sales offices in Tulare, Porterville and Reedley. Wayne Yada, owner of Premier Color Graphics at 324 S. Santa Fe Ave., said he will stay on for six months to help employees and the new owners through the transition.

All 27 employees will be offered the opportunity to stay on with Pacific, Yada said. The company will also keep the name Premier.
