Smaller cash bonus payouts contributed to a drop in overall compensation for Quad/Graphics Inc. chairman, president and CEO Joel Quadracci, according to a new federal regulatory filing. Quadracci’s overall compensation dipped about 25 percent to about $4.2 million in 2011, compared with $5.5 million in 2010, a proxy statement filed by the Sussex-based commercial printer with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commissions showed.
Quadracci earned a salary of $975,000 in 2011, compared with $932,000 the prior year. However, cash bonuses, including discretionary and performance-based payouts, to Quadracci fell to $399,750 for 2011, compared with about $1.3 million in 2010.
