RR Donnelley Targets Bloomington, IL, for a Pilot Program (Includes Video)

Printing company RR Donnelley is looking to expand, and it's targeting the Twin Cities for a pilot program. The economic development chamber spent months in negotiations with RR Donnelley, and now is just two council approvals away from starting a tech hub in the STL Technology Center in East Bloomington.

If Normal and Bloomington councils approve a request by the chamber to each give $75,000 to the pilot program, it could pave the way for 50 jobs.
