Suspicious Man Near Quad/Graphics Prompts Security Threat Bulletin

A man with a foreign accent taking photos of tankers parked near a chemical storage facility set off alarms Sunday night. Dodge County Sheriff Todd Nehls said his department issued a special bulletin to law enforcement agencies throughout the county after a man was spotted taking pictures of railroad tanker cars parked next to the chemical facility at Quad/Graphics in Lomira (WI).

“It could be nothing more than a railroad buff that saw the new railroad cars and wanted pictures of them. It could be very innocent, who knows?” Nehls said. “On the other hand, it could be something
