Vivid Impact and Art Etc. Join Forces

Two of the three owners of Vivid Impact Corp., one of Louisville’s larger commercial printers, have bought another Louisville commercial printer, Art Etc. Inc. Terms of the deal, which closed on Tuesday, were not disclosed.
