PrintComm, Image Merge to Form WildfireXM

DALLAS—PrintComm Inc. CEO Chuck Dickinson and Image Reproductions CEO Greg Wood have signed a binding letter of intent to merge their operations into a newly formed company, WildfireXM. The companies plan to merge operations into a single facility during the first quarter of 2012.

The union is expected to provide a wider range of tools for their respective client rosters, while retooling the combined business to reflect customers' future needs.

“Clients today need a broader range of communications/marketing print options with more efficient back-office workflow to keep their costs down," said Dickinson, who will assume the role of CEO and CMO. "Combining our companies will add capabilities and it doubles our commitment to developing even more leading edge Web-to-print and integrated marketing services.”

Wood will serve as CFO. PrintComm provides conventional offset and digital printing services out of its 20,000-square-foot facility. Image Reproductions specializes in HP Indigo digital printing and large-format signage.
