PITTSBURGH, PA—March 5, 2015—The BIA, in conjunction with Printing Industries of America, is pleased to offer this year’s conference attendees optional plant tours as part of the 2015 BIA Annual Conference Agenda. The plant tours will offer attendees firsthand experience in innovative graphic finishing, binding and loose leaf methods.
The 2015 BIA Annual Conference is the leading conference designed for postpress operations, including binderies, graphic finishers, and custom loose-leaf manufacturers looking to network with industry peers, brainstorm ideas about operating techniques, gain advanced knowledge from leading-edge speakers, and connect with top suppliers and industry experts.
The spring conference will feature plant tours from top performing companies, Muscle Bound Bindery, Daily Printing and 612Brew.
Muscle Bound Bindery

Daily Printing
At Daily Printing, attendees will see the entire operation and hear how they differentiate themselves for clients by being Customer Fanatics! Daily Printing has a full-service print services lineup of digital and offset engines, full bindery, including diecutting, stitching and folding, automated cutting systems, Heidelberg Varimatrix diecutting, MBO and Stahl folding, to name a few. Attendees will hear about the unique platforms, such as the Co-Mailing operations, that help Daily Printing enhance relationships with clients.
612Brew
Attendees will tour the landmark building of 612Brew. 612Brew has a two-vessel, 15bbl steam-heated brewhouse with six-30bbl mirror polished fermentation tanks. 612Brew is located at 945 Broadway St. NE, the anchor tenant in the historic building called The Broadway. This landmark building has exposed brick and timber along with polished concrete floors, creating a perfect atmosphere for the brewery.
