CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. - June 12, 2018 - Leading HOA management firm Associated Asset Management (AAM) is moving to Nordis Technologies’ cloud-based, omnichannel Expresso customer communications management platform and integrated document production services for a complete solution that simplifies and automates 1.5 million maintenance fee statements, annual meeting notices, compliance updates and other communications for homeowners at more than 700 community associations. It also is adopting ExpressoVote, which enables online management of HOA elections, including distributing print and digital election communications and processing votes.
“We are always looking for technology that will propel our business forward and deliver more value to our community association clients, and Nordis Technologies does both. We are drastically reducing the time and effort to produce and distribute thousands of distinct financial, governance and compliance documents for homeowners, which improves efficiency, customer service and client peace of mind,” said Eric Parson, AAM Partner and Chief Information Officer.
Expresso has significantly reduced the amount of time and resources AAM requires to manage and send HOA governance and financial transactional communications.
“We are very much focused on delivering major performance improvements with our technology-enabled solutions,” said Ronnie Selinger, founder, CEO and president of Nordis Technologies. “Not only is AAM streamlining its communications and elections processes, the company can leverage the Expresso platform to enhance customer experience by catering to homeowner preferences, including digital and mobile communications.”
Using Expresso, AAM created a content library of text, images, and logos that populate preconfigured statement and letter templates using Expresso’s automated rules engine. As a result, AAM now only needs to transmit a handful of data files from which Expresso renders and delivers thousands of personalized owner communications.
To create homeowner documents, AAM simply uploads a file and Expresso dynamically merges all the elements to customize and personalize each compliance letter or statement. The self-service platform makes it easy to review documents, make disclosure changes, track distribution, generate reports, archive correspondence and create audit trails.
Expresso integrates with the secure ExpressoVote application to handle online, in-person and mailed voting, tabulation and election communications. ExpressoVote includes real-time reporting, for managing quorum and producing a comprehensive election summary report, and certifies election results.
Expresso seamlessly connects into Nordis Technologies’ advanced document production facilities for printing and distribution. With Nordis’ API integration into AAM’s new core system, the company can easily access the Expresso dashboard to view and manage the entire communications process from development to delivery.
