MEMPHIS, Tenn.—October 1, 2015—International Paper is now manufacturing Accent Opaque at 97 bright as part of a continued effort to enhance its high quality line of uncoated paper products. This is an increase of one point of brightness over the current items. The improved brightness will allow printers to produce brighter images with more vivid colors and exceptional print contrast. Additionally, the smoothness of the sheet will be improving on four basis weights. The increased smoothness will provide a higher level of printing surface for ink holdout and quick drying. The Accent Opaque line will continue to provide the consistent sheet performance on press that the brand is known for.
Over the past three years, International Paper has invested heavily in the Accent Opaque portfolio of papers by expanding the text, cover and digital lines with over 60 new product additions. Accent Opaque offers an uncoated paper solution for all web, sheet fed, toner and inkjet digital equipment in the market. To learn more about the portfolio, please visit www.AccentAgame.com.
