Acme Printing (IA) Morns Loss of Leader

DES MOINES, IA—Jerry Miller, 69, president of Acme Printing located here, died April 1, three days after suffering a stroke, the Des Moines Register reported. Mr. Miller purchased Acme Printing in 1976 and grew the business to more than $14 million in sales, taking it from a three-person shop to a plant with more than 100 employees.

According to a message on the Acme Printing Website, the company will now be guided by a three-person executive team consisting of Dennis Crane, vice president of production; Talena Mayfield, vice president of sales and marketing; and Dennis Sissel, vice president of finance.
