Quad Acquires UniGraphic, Promotes Executives

• Anthony Staniak has expanded his responsibilities as executive director—financial controller to include chief accounting officer. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing Quad/Graphics' public financial filings with the SEC and executing the Sarbanes-Oxley process.
