SCHAUMBURG—Pac-West Label and Graphics, of Torrance, CA, has joined the Impaxx Labels and Packaging Network, headquartered here. The purchase of the privately held company was completed on September 25. The company's current management will remain in place under the new ownership. Other terms of the sale were not disclosed.
