Allegra Marketing Print Mail Acquires Fellow PA Direct Mail Firm Neighborhood Greetings

HARRISBURG, PA—July 14, 2014—Allegra Marketing Print Mail, which is associated with the Alliance Franchise Brands network, has acquired Neighborhood Greetings, an Internet-based direct mail company based in Millersville, PA, that works with dentists, chiropractors, ophthalmologists and other medical professionals to attract new clients. Through this acquisition, Allegra plans to expand its customer base nationally, reported PennLive.

Owner Andy Orons revealed to PennLive that the company recently converted to broader marketing and printing capabilities. "We will have a local presence that will be doing marketing, printing and other graphics services for local businesses but will also have a national presence in those specific markets," he explained.

According to PennLive, the merger is expected to take place in the next 90 days, and all services will take place at the Allegra facility located at 6951D Allentown Blvd. Neighborhood Greetings owner Will Stone will become a long-term consultant for Allegra.
