This time the Alliance Days 2022 will take place with the participation of the companies BOGRAMA, H+H, Hohner, MBO and Wohlenberg at the headquarters of Hohner Maschinenbau GmbH in Tuttlingen, Germany.
The exhibiting partners are already looking forward to sharing their latest innovations in the finishing areas of die cutting, pharma, wire stitching, perfect binding, digital finishing, folding and robotics as well as the connectivity possibilities of their machines and components. Interested visitors will have the opportunity to see all of this from November 8 to 11, 2022, at Hohner's Postpress Center.
Hohner will focus on the HHS FUTURA twice at the Alliance Days 2022. Two years after the market launch of this freely configurable and expandable machine concept with five feeding alternatives, which follows the trend towards smaller but more diverse jobs with personalized products, a compact version for digital finishing is now following. In this new configuration, the KDAL (Compact Digital Feeder) replaces the traditional flat pile feeder. In addition to the compact design, this offers the advantage of being able to feed printed sheets continuously without downtime.
The second machine will show the HHS FUTURA in its full configuration with conventional saddle stitcher, cross fold, collating towers, folder stitcher and digital finishing from the print roll. Therefore, the combination folding machine K70 from MBO will be part of the configuration. On the other hand, the HHS FUTURA can also process print rolls from digital printing machines. A UW23 unwinder, SVC525C sheeter and a DFT560/4 digital folder from MBO are used for this. All MBO units are directly in-line with the HHS Futura.
Of course, the MBO stacking robot CoBo-Stack will not be missing. Firmly established in the industry for several years, it is constantly being further developed. In this spirit visitors of the Alliance Days can look forward to surprising new functions. MBO will also be showing the T50 – a buckle folding machine for sheet format B2 / 50 x 70 cm.
H+H, the established strong brand in the pharmaceutical fold segment, belongs – like MBO – to the KOMORI Group. During the Alliance Days, H+H will be showing an M9 folding machine that is suitable for the production of leaflets for a wide range of industries, such as the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food and agricultural industries.
BOGRAMA will use the Alliance Days 2022 to present its well introduced and proven BSR 550 Servo rotary die-cutting machine in combination with the newly developed STA 550 BK stack delivery. Round products are die-cut in multiple repeats, which are stacked and laid out inline.
The new stacker STA 550 BK is suitable for the counted stacking of small-format labels, business cards and cards of all kinds, whether rectangular, square, round or contour-cut. Up to nine copies can be processed with the delivery, as individual products or in a shingled stream. The format ranges from 50 x 60 mm to 230 x 230 mm, the maximum stack height is 150 mm.
The sliding-out height of the stacking table can be adjusted to the stack height. This saves ways and therefore time. Various stacking shafts are also available as an option for the stacking table, which can be set to the format outside of the machine. For a job change, only the block with the stacking shafts has to be exchanged.
The STA 550 BK has an interface for connecting to a banding or packaging machine. A robot solution is also possible, or simple removal by hand.
Wohlenberg will be present with an information stand. Questions, projects and solutions can be answered personally and competently on site.
