NC AlphaGraphics Franchisee Obtains Local Printer

RALEIGH, NC—AlphaGraphics of Downtown Raleigh has finalized its acquisition of 120-year-old Commercial Printing Co., a provider of visual communications and printing, also located in Raleigh. Commercial Printing Co. will now operate as part of the AlphaGraphics global franchise network of locally-owned printing companies.

Through this acquisition, Commercial Printing Co. is able to expand its services to include multichannel marketing, communications, digital design and large-format output such as full-scale banners and vehicle wraps. AlphaGraphics of Downtown Raleigh will have an opportunity to increase its customer base, as well as leverage the Commercial Printing Co. name, which has been a Raleigh staple since 1894.

The combined companies, Commercial Printing Powered by AlphaGraphics, represent 200-plus years of experience and a deeply rooted commitment to the printing industry and to the state of North Carolina.
