YORK, Pennsylvania—September 29, 2015—Anstadt Communications, a fifth generation commercial printing and marketing firm, has invested $1.9 million to add an additional 18,000 square feet to its existing 40,000-square-foot facility located at 3300 Farmtrail Road, based here. The expansion will boost the company's manufacturing and fulfillment capabilities, reported the Central Penn Business Journal.
Anstadt Communications was founded in 1878 as the The Anstadt Company by the Reverend Peter Anstadt. Today, the firm remains in the Anstadt family and is led by Matthew Doran, president and CEO, and his wife Jennifer, the daughter of Henry Peter, the fourth generation of the family that ran the successful firm. Anstadt acquired Kurzenknabe Press in Harrisburg in November 2014.
Today, Anstadt Communications offers graphic design; web design; cross-media marketing services; digital, offset and grand-format printing; and mailing, fulfillment and distribution services.
According to the Journal, the expansion project, which has been in the works since last year, will begin this fall and will be completed by the contractor Stewart and Tate Inc.
