Arandell Corp. Acquires Kentucky Facility, Signs Partnership with Continental Web Press
MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. - March 26, 2018 - Arandell Corp., a leader in premier catalog printing and omni-channel solutions, announced today that the company is expanding through the acquisition of a second facility in Walton, Kentucky.
“With the addition of our Kentucky facility, we will have additional capacity and expanded capabilities,” said Bradley J. Hoffman, president and CEO of Arandell Corp. "As a result, we will remain nimble, flexible and responsive to the evolving needs of our customers.” The Kentucky facility will position Arandell to expand the range of its service offerings, providing additional formats, more cost-effective services and a multi-plant footprint for mailing and distribution capabilities.
With the addition of this facility, Arandell will add significant new capabilities and back up capacity, including:
- Tabloid-size printing
- Double-web output
- Press-pasting and rotary trimming
- Aqueous coating
- 8-color printing
- Log delivery system
- Additional perfect binding
- Additional poly bagging
Arandell will continue to focus on color-critical, time-sensitive projects requiring co-mailing services and will expand the depth and breadth of services in the B2C marketplace. Another new co-mailer machine is scheduled to be operational this fall in Wisconsin.
The Kentucky facility’s additional printing and finishing capabilities - for both mail and non-mail jobs, different formats and press-pasted products - will enable the company to expand its services to high-quality, color-critical B2B customers.
In addition to the Kentucky facility, the company announced a new strategic partnership with Continental Web Press (CWP) in Itasca, Ill., which will enable Arandell to expand its capabilities into other direct mail products and formats, including variable data printing, digital printing and press delivered products.
“We welcome the new strategic partnership with Arandell because our companies share a strong commitment to high-touch customer service and industry-leading quality,” said Ken Field, executive VP and chief marketing officer of Continental Web Press. “Together, we will be able to offer Arandell customers enhanced capabilities in direct mail products and formats to meet their growing needs.”
“We are excited to build on Arandell’s tradition of excellence to create new opportunities for growth – for the company, our customers and our suppliers,” said Hoffman. “We are proud to be investing in, and leading this expansion of the business through the addition of significant new assets, both in Wisconsin and in Kentucky.”
