The Alprinta-V series utilizes a continuously size variable insert system. The insert remains in the press during a size change, since only the actual size parts – the blanket cylinder and the plate cylinder – are exchanged. The change is completed without tools and breaking the web is not necessary. The size parts are light and easy to handle, yet extremely stable. In a matter of minutes, the press can be changed over to a new size.
