Attracting New Employees: Are You Offering Additional Benefits?

Attracting the next generation of workers is a challenge the printing industry is facing. As noted in one of our recent articles about what Gen Z is looking for, "many of [this generation] are desperately seeking human connections, and want to find that in their place of work. They want to find somewhere they can learn and grow, where they can be part of something bigger than themselves, and feel like what they do matters."
Many new employees are also looking for company culture they can connect with. In some cases, that might mean added health and wellness benefits, such as counseling services, mental health support, gym memberships, fitness programs, or health screenings.
