Baldwin Acquires Hildebrand Systeme

SHELTON, CT—Press accessories and controls technology provider Baldwin Technology has acquired Hildebrand Systeme in Switzerland, which specializes in web cleaning systems.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The companies had been partners since 2005.
