Baldwin and Prisco Extend Marketing and Distribution Alliance

NEWARK, NJ—November 19, 2009—Printers’ Service (Prisco) the world’s leading manufacturer and distributor of pressroom supplies and wide format inkjet systems, and Baldwin Technology Company Inc. (NYSE Amex: BLD) today announced that they have signed a new agreement, extending and renewing the alliance between the two companies for the next five years.
