Baldwin Technology CFO to Leave the Company
SHELTON, CT—Feb. 16, 2011—Baldwin Technology Co., a global leader in process automation technology for the print media industry, announced that the company and John P. Jordan, its vice president, chief financial officer (CFO) and treasurer, have mutually agreed that, effective today, Jordan’s employment will terminate to allow him to pursue other opportunities outside of Baldwin.
Company President and CEO Mark T. Becker said, “We appreciate the contributions that Mr. Jordan has made to the company during his nearly four year term with us. We wish John well as he pursues other opportunities outside of Baldwin.”
Becker noted that he will be acting CFO and that Baldwin expects to announce a successor to the position in the near future.
