Bang Printing Acquires Victor Graphics Assets
BRAINERD, MN—December 18, 2013—Bang Printing and its subsidiaries, a provider of accountable print performance solutions and other value-added services for catalogs, books, publications and educational printed products, announced it has entered into an agreement to buy substantially all of the assets associated with Victor Graphics of Baltimore.
This sale will allow Bang Printing and Victor Graphics to combine their existing capabilities and provide customers with a more diversified suite of products and services. All manufacturing will be done out of Bang Printing’s current facilities in Minnesota, California and Ohio (Hess Print Solutions). Victor Graphics will retain a sales office in Baltimore, headed by founder and owner, Tom Hicks. Victor Graphics is a family-owned, 30-year-old, Baltimore-based book manufacturer which serves a diverse, nationally based group of publishers.
