Bang Printing Continues Expansion by Acquiring Fellow Minnesota Printer Sentinel Printing
BRAINERD, Minn.—October 14, 2015—Bang Printing and its subsidiaries, a provider of accountable print performance solutions and other value-added services for catalogs, books, publications and educational printed products, announced they have entered into an agreement to buy Sentinel Printing.
The sale will allow Bang Printing and Sentinel Printing to combine their existing capabilities and provide customers with a more diversified suite of products and services. Sentinel Printing will retain its manufacturing plant in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. Sentinel Printing will remain under the leadership of Chuck Manthey.
