Base-Line Acquires GraphLine in a Stock Purchase Transaction

SHELTON, CT—Feb. 24, 2012—Base-Line Inc., a leading distributor of press and prepress supplies, announced it has acquired GraphLine Inc., a distributor of analog and digital printing supplies (including plates, chemistry and other equipment), in a stock purchase transaction. Specific deal terms were not disclosed.

Specializing in the needs of small- to medium-sized commercial printers, GraphLine has an expansive portfolio of product lines and customers located throughout the United States. Its products encompass some of the printing industry’s most well- known brands, including Mitsubishi, Rycoline, Inctec Inks, FiberWeb, Airdot, PANTONE, Xitron, Printers Research, Sprayway, Spinks Inks and Graphline film and plates.

BaseLine’s acquisition of GraphLine will enable both companies to expand their geographic reach, customer base and breadth of product offerings. It will also ensure that both companies are well-positioned for long-term growth.

GraphLine’s corporate headquarters are based in Sunrise, FL, and its distribution facilities are based in Indianapolis and Los Angeles. Following the close of the transaction, GraphLine will continue to operate as it does today.
