Baum and QuadTech Sign Formal License Agreement

SIDNEY, OH/SUSSEX, WI—May 11, 2011—Baumfolder Corp. and QuadTech have signed a formal strategic license agreement that allows Baum to manufacture and distribute the full range of QuadTech hopper loaders and conveyors under the Baum label outside of the Quad/Graphics group of companies. Baum will also be the manufacturer of QuadTech hopper loaders and conveyors for use within the Quad/Graphics group of companies.

“We are pleased to enter this important agreement that will add to our own existing portfolio of Baum hopper loaders serving the high-volume publication market,” stated Ulrik Nygaard, president of Baumfolder Corp.
