Bradford & Bigelow has been named one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts in the 15th annual employee-based survey project from The Boston Globe.
Top Places to Work recognizes the most admired workplaces in the state voted on by the people who know them best—their employees. The survey measures employee opinions about their company’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement.
“We are delighted and honored,” commented Drew Benack, VP of Staff Development. “This award is well-earned given the significant investment the company makes in team member training.”
B&B’s training includes ISO 9001:2015, G7 Master, and 5S quality programs along with two training grants from the State of Massachusetts totaling $500k. “These grants offer ESOL, Excel, supervisory, and safety training,” remarked Larissa Batista, HR Manager.
Congratulations and thank you to all team members who made this award possible.
