ROCHESTER - N.Y. - January 29, 2019 - BCC Software has acquired Satori Software from Quadient, a division of Neopost. This includes all former Satori Software products, such as Bulk Mailer, Architect, Ignite, and Monticello. Quadient is retaining all other products in its portfolio, including the popular Quadient Inspire platform.
BCC Software now boasts an expanded technology platform that contains over seven decades of combined development effort with their legendary support model. The deal will improve the overall quality of mail and bring exciting new opportunities to mailers of every size. This investment represents another example of the ‘Continued Focus, Future Growth’ vision BCC Software committed to following their acquisition by Thompson Street Capital Partners in 2017.
“Continued Focus, Future Growth is more than a slogan, it is a commitment to the industry and a promise to our customers. Today’s announcement represents a significant milestone on that journey,” said Shawn Ryan, Vice President of Product Strategy at BCC Software. “Users will now be able to access the mailing industry’s best solutions – including postal presort software, data quality solutions, mail tracking, and post-presort technology – through one focused and reliable provider. Add BCC Software’s legendary support model to that suite, and today is a really good day for our customers.”
For over 40 years, BCC Software has been a leader in the direct communications industry, delivering premium USPS certified direct mail software, critical data services, and innovative mail tracking technology. The industry will benefit from BCC Software’s focus, reliability, and world-class support standing behind the most powerful set of combined direct mail preparation technology.
“Both BCC Software and Satori Software have well-respected postal software and data quality technology that is trusted by thousands of mailers to prepare tens of billions of mail pieces annually,” said Chris Lien, President of BCC Software. “With this acquisition, BCC Software is now able to extend our ‘How Can We Help?’ approach of legendary customer support from USPS certified Mail Piece Design professionals to Satori Software customers. As we begin to leverage the combined technological strengths and talents of both teams, I am excited about the future state of enhanced mail automation workflows, improved postage optimization, and best-in-class address quality solutions to further improve the value of mail throughout the industry.”
