MISSION VIEJO, CA—October 8, 2013—Bill LeVine, founder of PIP Printing, has died at the age of 93. Mr. LeVine founded Postal Press in 1943, a leading commercial printing plant in Southern California. He then pioneered the first "while-you-wait" print center in 1964, and the first three Postal Instant Press franchises opened in 1968 heralding the first franchise organization in the printing industry and creating one of the fastest growing industries in the United States.
