Capacity Increased With Spiral Binder

HOUSTON—The recent expansion of a Gateway Bookbinding Systems Plastikoil Concept QS Interline system to a Concept QS2 dual setup has enabled Rasch Graphic Services to double its plastic spiral binding capacity. In addition to actually manufacturing the plastic spiral on-site, the forming machine is now connected to two interlined automatic coil inserters. Production speeds are up to 1,400 books per hour.
