Bolger Vision Beyond Print Adds Fellow Minnesota Firm Western Graphics
MINNEAPOLIS — February 17, 2016 — Bolger Vision Beyond Print, a commercial printer and customized technology solutions company based here, announced the acquisition of Western Graphics, a St. Paul, Minnesota-based provider of commercial and digital print, wide-format graphics, variable data management, and literature and inventory fulfillment services.
Commenting on the acquisition, dik Bolger, CEO of Bolger said, "Today’s acquisition of Western Graphics provides yet another dimension of quality service and product offerings, bringing great value for both Bolger and Western customers. Western has been singled out through the years for their lean process management, unique in the industry."
Bolger continued, "Both organizations have been successful for many years in the Twin Cities community, and with similar goals and objectives, the purchase strengthens our digital offerings at bolger│direct and provides us with more wide-format options. It also strengthens our commercial print operations in both the press work and bindery."
Bolger│direct houses the company’s digital services, including SmartQ, Bolger’s customized technology system for total print management throughout the workflow including print, variable data, assembly, mailing and fulfillment.
Bolger said the transition process will begin immediately, moving Western employees to Bolger’s two facilities, along with designated equipment per the purchase agreement. "It is a pleasure for me to welcome this dedicated group of people. I look forward to working with them as we continue building great service and products," he added.
