Buhrs Americas to Display Entry Level Inserting Solution

MINNEAPOLIS, MN—08/20/2009—The Buhrs BB300 Solo, a versatile inserting system specially designed to meet the needs of smaller and medium sized companies, will be on display at PRINT 09 on the Lake Image Systems booth 8336. With an output of up to 10,000 inserting cycles per hour and high flexibility with respect to its mail processing capabilities and feeders, the system enables a cost-effective entry into the field of professional envelope inserting.

The BB300 Solo is the latest addition to the proven BB300 series of inserting systems that have established themselves as highly modular inserting solutions since their introduction in 1995. The newest model offers smaller and medium sized companies the opportunity to accept larger jobs without difficulty. The BB300 Solo can be expanded by adding various feeders, such as folding, rotary, shuttle or vacuum/friction feeders. In addition, it features autoloader options, including an envelope autoloader.

The BB300 Solo is capable of processing multiple envelope formats from #9 envelopes to flats. In addition the BB300 Solo can be equipped with multiple feeding technologies to handle the widest range of products in its class.

A bypass bin and high-performance software are both standard features on the BB300 Solo Standard. This differentiates the system considerably from the competition by including a degree of error compensation. This extremely user-friendly system achieves excellent net output with almost no downtime.
