Total Printing Systems, based in Newton, IL, recently added a Standard Hunkeler Roll-to-Cut/Stack system running in-line with the Screen Truepress Jet520. Featuring the UW6 unwinder, CS6-II rotary cutter with chip-out, SE6 offset stacker module, and LS6 non-stop stacker, the system delivers straight and fully separated book blocks for near-line finishing and runs at speeds up to 420 fpm.
