Cadmus Names Exec VP of Print Services

RICHMOND, VA—Cadmus Communications has named Andy Johnson as executive vice president of print services for Cadmus’ Publisher Services Group. Johnson will have responsibility for the company’s five publication print locations in North America as well as its affiliate print operations in China, Singapore and Malaysia.
