Case Paper hit a home run with the appointment of Kristina Nelson as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this key leadership role, Kristina will apply her expertise in corporate strategy and financial operations to drive Case's growth and profitability.
Kristina's 25-year career demonstrates her ability to align strategy with execution, illustrated by her success in driving dramatic P&L improvements, culture transformations, and operational efficiencies. Her Six Sigma Black Belt is complemented by deep expertise and experience in ERP implementations and systems design, which highlight her capability to implement measurable and sustainable improvements across multiple business functions. Her effectiveness in driving company-wide people-first cultural changes has been made evident through multiple significant tenures as both CEO and CFO across a range of industries.

It’s this commitment to excellence and collaboration that drives me, and I’m eager to work alongside such dedicated individuals to help Case Paper achieve even greater success." Kristina Nelson, CFO, Case Paper
Outside the office, Kristina enjoys spending time with her friends and family, staying busy with her four kids, running around to baseball games, and taking in live music. She’s also an avid baseball fan and frequently attends her kids’ games. Kristina even designed a full-length baseball cage in her house! It’s clear that Kristina loves to build and support winning teams, and Case Paper is beyond excited to have her batting in our lineup – she’s sure to knock it out of the park!
