Cenveo Adds Journal/Book Specialist Glyph

The terms of the acquisition, expected to be completed during the second quarter, were not disclosed. Glyph International offers a full suite of content production solutions, from project management through editorial, composition, artwork and XML creation. It has more than 550 employees worldwide and a market presence in both the United States and the United Kingdom.

Bob Burton, Cenveo chairman and CEO, believes the deal "significantly strengthens our market presence and end-to-end production capabilities in the journal and book publishing markets.
