Cenveo Adds Journal/Book Specialist Glyph

STAMFORD, CT—Cenveo Inc. announced that the company, through its subsidiaries, has entered into an agreement to acquire Glyph International from Infomedia 18 Limited. Glyph is a provider of content solutions to publishers, with operations in Bangalore and New Delhi, India; London and Fort Lauderdale, FL.

The terms of the acquisition, expected to be completed during the second quarter, were not disclosed. Glyph International offers a full suite of content production solutions, from project management through editorial, composition, artwork and XML creation. It has more than 550 employees worldwide and a market presence in both the United States and the United Kingdom.

Bob Burton, Cenveo chairman and CEO, believes the deal "significantly strengthens our market presence and end-to-end production capabilities in the journal and book publishing markets. Glyph International is a perfect complement to our existing platform and allows us to expand our product offerings to the customers of both the Cadmus and Glyph businesses."
