Cenveo Announces Commencement of Secured Notes Offering
STAMFORD, CT—June 18, 2014—Cenveo Inc. has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cenveo Corp., has commenced an offering of up to $790 million aggregate principal amount of secured notes (the "Notes"). The Notes will be comprised of $540 million in Senior Priority Secured Notes due 2019 and $250 million Junior Priority Secured Notes due 2022. Net proceeds from the Notes will be used to refinance Cenveo's existing Term Loan Facility due 2018 and its 8 7/8 percent second lien notes due 2018, and to pay certain related costs and expenses.
