Cenveo-St. Louis Announces New Executive Team
SAINT LOUIS, MO—March, 2009—Cenveo, Inc. (NYSE: CVO), one of the largest diversified printing companies in North America, announces the appointment of three executives to its management team at Cenveo-St. Louis.
Mike Denny is promoted to General Manager of Cenveo-St. Louis. Most recently the general manager of Cenveo’s Joplin, Mo., facility, Denny has a long-standing track record for enhancing sales and plant operations. With more than 30 years in the printing industry, Denny led Cenveo’s Joplin facility from an average $8 million in annual revenue to more than $50 million annually. At Cenveo-St. Louis, Denny will oversee a full-service commercial printing facility recognized for retail, point-of-purchase, insurance, healthcare, and specialty print solutions as well as a map division that is the largest supplier of car rental maps in North America. In addition, Cenveo-St. Louis has a well-established and experienced financial printing division for documentation of securities offerings, proxy statements, annual reports, corporate restructuring and other financial print needs. The St. Louis division offers customers both web and sheet-fed printing as well as e-commerce print solutions, distribution, fulfillment and mailing services.

Mike Hecht is named the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Hecht has more than 25 years of experience in the high-end commercial printing industry. Prior to joining Cenveo-St. Louis, he was Executive Vice President of sales at Lithographix and Graphic Press, based in California, where he worked both on the manufacturing and client services aspects of each business. “The combination allowed me to look at solutions from a very diverse perspective,” says Hecht. “A multi-faceted view of customer service will benefit Cenveo-St. Louis and I’m committed to making this division the premier print solutions provider in the Midwest.”
Donald Kaufmann is Cenveo-St. Louis’ Controller. A native of St. Louis, Kaufmann has more than 19 years of experience in finance and accounting. He previously worked for manufacturing corporations such as Nap Tools, Sinclair & Rush, and Boeing Aircraft (McDonnell Douglas). “This position with Cenveo-St. Louis allows me the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the company including client interaction,” says Kaufmann. “By working with our executives and sales associates, together we are able to offer more value to our clients. That aspect of the job is very rewarding.”
