CGX Subsidiary Nies/Artcraft Acquires Certain Assets of Kohler Print Group

The Kohler Print Group was founded in 1923 and is one of the leading commercial printing companies in Missouri. Owners Kevin, Kent and Keith Kohler and certain other employees of the Kohler Print Group have joined Nies/Kohler. Nies/Kohler will continue servicing the Kohler Print Group's customers.
