Champion Industries Posts a Net Loss for Its Third Quarter

• The newspaper revenues for the quarter decreased $0.2 million or 5.2 percent when compared to the prior period.

On a year to date basis for the nine months ended July 31, 2012, revenues increased to $80.2 million from $76.6 million in the prior year or 4.6 percent.

• The printing segment experienced an increase of 4.6 percent from $40.6 million to $42.5 million.
