Omaha Print Names New Vice President of Manufacturing
OMAHA, NE—October 14, 2013—Omaha Print names Chris Mueller as vice president of manufacturing. Mueller, who recently held the role of director of quality, stated: "I am honored to step into this position and lead manufacturing as we continue to grow into a customer centric organization. For a good part of our business, we compete in a hyper-competitive market with very little tolerance for the pass through of inefficiency, error, waste and spoilage."
Mueller believes that through superior employee engagement along with the implementation of lean manufacturing concepts, that Omaha Print will find the proper synergies between communication, speed, cost, quality and most importantly the ability to remain flexible and agile for our expanding customer base.
A New Jersey native, Mueller graduated from Drew University where he obtained degrees in Business Management and Graphic Arts and has spent the last 10 years in various roles within the printing industry. It is obvious he is passionate about the work Omaha Print does and his team of great employees.
"There are two reasons to take a job, the people and the purpose," concluded Mueller. "I believe that and I know that we are stronger as a team than anyone of us is as an individual."
