Royle Printing is pleased to announce Chris Portalatin has joined the sales team as a senior sales representative. Portalatin will be responsible for developing and enhancing business opportunities throughout the southeast territory. Portalatin currently resides in Jupiter, Fla., but he’s a Yankees fan at heart, was born in NYC and lived in Connecticut for most of his childhood.
Chris is a well-known resource within the print and publishing world. He brings more than 20 years of experience working in the industry. “We are very pleased to have Chris join the Royle team,” said Chris Carpenter, president and owner of Royle Printing. “Chris has been a valuable resource for his publishing clients for many years. We’re confident he will play a similar role for Royle as we aggressively expand our business to publishers and direct mailers.”
Most recently, Portalatin worked at LSC Communications, the spin-off of RR Donnelley for seven years, where he worked in a sales role throughout the southeast market. Previously, he was at Brown Printing Company.
“Joining the Royle Printing family piqued my interest for several reasons, but two factors rose above the rest. Royle is a privately owned, debt-free printing company that is consistently reinvesting in its people, technology and equipment,” said Portalatin. “Royle is positioned to be a major player in the short-to-medium-run magazine and catalog space for decades and I’m excited to be adding my talents to the sales team.”
